Analysis

Nilai is a fast growing vicinity of Negeri Sembilan. It is well known as a hub for textiles hub whereby it offers the lowest price for most textiles in the country. Adding to that, other new developments are also believed to bring more commercial and business activities in the area including Biotech Hub and Regional Education Centre. Besides that, there are Nilai International College and Nilai Springs Golf & Country Club that will help Nilai to become an affluent address.
Even with all the modern and futuristic designs used for Green Beverly Hills, investors are still concerned on its high launch price. At about RM419 psf, it is worried that investors can’t profit in the future, as the price is high for a property in Nilai. The market price for a newly launch 2-storey terrace house is asking way below this condominium price.
